Huang Lixin, Chief Physician and Committee Member of the Provincial Plastic and Aesthetic Surgery Society, was awarded the first “Municipal Cross-Century Young Scientific and Technological Talent” and “Municipal Cross-Century Academic and Technical Leader” titles. He has authored 3 monographs, received 18 Municipal Science and Technology Achievement Awards, and published 21 papers.
